# Prismly Terms of Use Effective date: October 13, 2026 These terms apply to the Android app Prismly (package name `com.entromoonic.prismly`) and the website prismly.entromoonic.com. They are provided by Entromoonic Ltd, a company incorporated in Delaware, USA (“we”, “us”). By downloading, installing or using Prismly, you agree to these terms. How we handle data is described in the [privacy policy](https://prismly.entromoonic.com/privacy). ## 1. What Prismly does and what it needs Prismly uses the clone space built into Android 14 and later to put the apps you choose into it, so that the same app can be signed in to two accounts. It requires you to install and start Shizuku yourself. Shizuku is a separate third-party tool; we do not provide it and are not responsible for it. The clone space is an Android system feature, and phone manufacturers may have modified it. We **do not guarantee** that Prismly will work on every phone, or that every app will work properly in the clone space: some apps (for example banking apps and some games) refuse to run in a clone space. Prismly checks your phone the first time you open it, and before you pay you can create 1 clone for free to make sure it works. ## 2. License We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Prismly on your own devices in accordance with these terms. You may not sell, rent or redistribute Prismly, and you may not decompile or modify it except to the extent permitted by law. Prismly and its name, icon and design belong to us. ## 3. Prismly Pro - Prismly Pro is a **one-time purchase** made through Google Play. It is not a subscription and does not renew automatically. The price is the one shown by Google Play. - Payments and refunds are handled by Google Play under its policies. Any refund or withdrawal rights you have under the laws where you live are not affected by these terms. - Pro is tied to the Google account you used to buy it and can be restored on any device signed in to the same account. - Pro includes the features listed at the time of purchase, plus features we later add to Pro. We will keep improving Prismly, but we do not promise specific new features or release dates. - After a refund or a revoked purchase, Pro features stop working; your existing clones remain usable. ## 4. Your data and backups Some of Prismly's operations **permanently delete data**, and the data cannot be recovered afterwards: - Removing a clone deletes the sign-ins and data in that clone; - Deleting the clone space deletes every clone in it, including those created with the phone's built-in dual apps feature; - When you uninstall the original app in the main space, Android deletes its clone together with its data; - Some phones' built-in dual apps features delete clones that other apps put into the clone space (for example, Xiaomi HyperOS does this on restart). Prismly asks you to confirm before these operations and warns you when it detects a known risk, but please back up important data in your clones yourself. ## 5. Third-party apps and services Apps you put into the clone space remain subject to their own terms. Some apps don't allow one person to use multiple accounts, or don't allow running in a modified environment; please check and follow their rules yourself. Shizuku, Google Play and your phone's operating system are also subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party apps and services. ## 6. Acceptable use Please don't use Prismly for illegal activities or fraud, or to break the terms of other apps, and don't try to disrupt Prismly, our website or the services we use. ## 7. Disclaimer To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prismly and the website are provided “as is” and “as available”, and we make no express or implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. ## 8. Limitation of liability To the maximum extent permitted by law: - We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of data, account restrictions or loss of profits, even if we have been advised that such damages may occur; - Our total liability arising from Prismly is limited to the amount you paid for Prismly in the 12 months before the claim; if you have not paid anything, it is limited to US$10. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain liability to be excluded or limited (for example, liability for intent or gross negligence, or for personal injury). In those jurisdictions, the above limitations apply only to the extent permitted by law. ## 9. Consumer rights These terms do not affect any consumer rights you have under the laws where you live that cannot be waived by contract. If you live in the European Union, the United Kingdom or another region with similar rules, you still enjoy the protection of your local mandatory consumer protection laws and may bring proceedings in your local courts. ## 10. Termination You can stop using and uninstall Prismly at any time. If you seriously breach these terms, we may terminate your license. We may also stop offering Prismly or some of its features; if you have bought Pro, this is handled according to Google Play's policies and applicable law. ## 11. Changes to these terms We may update these terms and will update the effective date on this page. We will announce significant changes on the website or in the app before they take effect. If you continue to use Prismly after changes take effect, you accept the new terms. ## 12. Governing law and disputes These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Disputes arising from these terms are subject to the jurisdiction of the state or federal courts in Delaware; the consumer rights described in section 9 are not affected. ## 13.
